Each TG Design Blueprint includes a complete design plan for your space, providing the clarity and direction needed to execute the room with confidence.
Your Blueprint will include:
Scaled furniture layout and spatial plan
Finish and wall treatment specifications
Lighting and window treatment guidance
One photorealistic rendering illustrating the design vision
A fully specified sourcing plan with links to recommended furnishings, lighting, rugs, and accessories
One round of revision
Once delivered, your Blueprint serves as a comprehensive guide you can implement immediately or over time.

TG Design Blueprint projects are priced per room.
Living Spaces — $6,500
Dining Rooms — $6,500
Bedrooms — $6,500
Bathrooms — starting at $6,000
Powder rooms - starting at $5,000
Kitchens — starting at $7,000
Foyers — $4,000
Blueprint projects are billed per room and are starting rates. They might scale based on size and scope. Multiple rooms may be completed sequentially.
Blueprint projects are accepted on a limited basis throughout the year alongside our full-service design work.

Measurement
For clients within our local service area, in-person measurement and documentation are included in the Blueprint fee.
Clients outside our local area may provide their own measurements or request in-person measurement for an additional fee, depending on location.
Implementation
Blueprint clients purchase products and manage installation independently. This service does not include procurement, order tracking, contractor coordination, or installation management.

Timeline
Once measurements, photos, and project information are received, the typical Blueprint timeline is approximately eight weeks per room.

Can TG Design Blueprint be upgraded to full-service design?
Yes. In some cases, Blueprint clients can later decide they would prefer Toledo Geller to manage procurement and installation. If availability allows, we may transition the project to our full-service design offering.
What counts as a “room”?
A room is typically a single defined space such as a living room, dining room, bedroom, foyer, bathroom, or kitchen.
Open-concept areas or combined spaces may be treated as multiple rooms depending on layout and scope.
What happens if an item in my Blueprint becomes unavailable?
Because TG Design Blueprint allows clients to purchase items on their own timeline, product availability may change. Your Blueprint provides detailed guidance on scale, style, and materials so that appropriate alternatives can be sourced if necessary.
Toledo Geller does not monitor product availability after the Blueprint is delivered.
Will Toledo Geller order the furniture for me?
No. TG Design Blueprint clients purchase products independently and manage shipping, delivery, and installation directly with vendors.
Clients seeking a fully managed experience may prefer our full-service design offering.
Are the product links affiliate links?
Some of the retail links included in TG Design Blueprint may be affiliate links. This means Toledo Geller may receive a small commission if purchases are made through those links. This does not affect the pricing you receive from the retailer.
Do I need to be local?
No. TG Design Blueprint can be completed remotely.
For clients within our local service area, in-person measurement and documentation are included in the Blueprint fee.
Will Toledo Geller provide support after my Blueprint is delivered?
TG Design Blueprint includes one round of revisions during the design phase. Once the final Blueprint is delivered, the design portion of the project is considered complete.
If additional design assistance is needed during implementation, clients may request consulting support on an hourly basis, subject to availability.
How does Toledo Geller approach budget within TG Design Blueprint?
We ask clients to share a realistic investment range for furnishings and finishes at the start of the process so we can source accordingly. Our goal is always to recommend pieces that align as closely as possible with your budget while still reflecting the quality, scale, and overall design integrity Toledo Geller is known for.
One of the benefits of Blueprint is its flexibility: because you are implementing the design on your own timeline, you can purchase pieces in phases and build the room over time without losing the overall vision.
